Join José Andrés' close chef friends Albert Raurich of Dos Palillos, Carles Abellán of Tapas24, and Juanjo Lopez of La Tasquita de Enfrente at Little Spain on July 1.
Each a legend, these chefs bring a rich history and years of expert culinary experience. After launching his career working alongside esteemed chef Ferran Adrià at elBulli, Carles now runs multiple tapas bars that serve an amazing combination of dishes you can’t find anywhere else. After many years spent at elBulli as well, Albert eventually started his restaurants with his wife Tamae Imachi. Juanjo cooks some of the most classic dishes of Madrid, protecting the legacies of Spain for years to come.
For one day only, you can try each of their special dishes throughout our restaurants, such as La Torrija de Juanjo, bread pudding with egg yolk meringue, or Calamar “Feira”, baby squid, olive oil, smoked pimentón.
