This Valentine’s Day, join us for an intimate evening showcasing brilliant wines from one of Rioja’s last few unexplored regions: the Sierra de la Demanda mountains.

With steep, scattered vineyards, every grape is picked off the vine carefully, delicately by hand. With lower levels of sunshine resulting in grapes that ripen slowly, each glass showcases intense flavors of greater balance and focus.

Our exceptional six-course menu, designed by Concept Chef Nicolás López, begins with Oysters con Escabeche, builds to Cochinillo, Spanish roasted suckling pig, and ends on a high note with our signature Burnt Basque cheesecake. Patrick Mata, co-founder of Olé & Obrigado, will simultaneously guide you through a unique line up of balanced, long-lived wines of varying styles, ages, and vintages.
